I am an inherent skeptic - so it is only natural that I am feeling unconvinced that the Army's prediction of putting 7.1 million dollars over the next 10 years towards renuables won't happen. They are hoping to "produce 2.1 million megawatt hours of power annually" in order "to meet a goal of 25 percent renewable energy by 2025." For the amount of money, resources and energy the army uses it only makes sense that they would turn to renuables - but why do I still feel like there is a catch?
