In case you haven’t heard, XTO, a subsidiary of Exxon Mobil, has plans to withdraw .25 million gallons of water a day from the Oquaga Creek in Broome County, NY, to use for hydrofracking. Oquaga Creek is a tributary of the Delaware River, which supplies 15 million people with drinking water. More info here. We want Governor Cuomo to vote against this destructive action.
